Kyni, Inc. ("Kyni," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Kyni SEO platform and related services (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Service.
We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, and payment details when you register for an account or subscribe to a plan. We also collect information generated by your use of the Service, including site URLs, keyword data, content generated on your behalf, and usage logs.
When you connect third-party services (such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, or WordPress), we receive the access credentials and data necessary to operate those integrations on your behalf.
Kyni SEO integrates with Google APIs so that we can report on how your website performs in Google Search and Google Analytics. Connecting your Google account is entirely optional, and the Service works without it.

We display this data in your Site Overview and reports.All Google scopes we request are read-only. Kyni SEO never writes to, modifies, or deletes anything in your Google Search Console or Google Analytics account.
Google OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest and are used only to make API calls on your behalf while your account is connected. The data we retrieve from Google is stored in your account and used solely to render your dashboards and reports. We never use Google user data to train machine-learning or generalized AI models.
You can disconnect Google at any time from Site Settings → Integrations in your Kyni SEO dashboard, or by revoking access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. When you disconnect, we delete the stored OAuth tokens and stop making further API calls.
Kyni SEO's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, we do not:
We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve the Service; process payments and manage your subscription; send transactional and product-related communications; detect and prevent fraud or abuse; and comply with applicable legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share information with trusted service providers who assist in operating the Service, subject to confidentiality agreements.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain session state, remember your preferences, and analyze how the Service is used. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies, though some features of the Service may not function correctly without them.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, open a support ticket from your dashboard at app.kyniseo.com/support and describe the request. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe consistent with applicable law.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
